I sent for and received a Pay as you go SIM which I installed in a new phone and topped it up with 10.00. The only calls I made on it were to Orange/EE to report fault registering on their website and 1 call to a land line to test phone (10 second call). I tried internet on phone to test - my (photographed) Data log shows 5.6MB used in total (I remember getting google screen up). I then received Text from orange/EE to say balance now 0.98 pence. When I rang they said I had been charged for using internet and point blank refused to refund credit. So basically I have been charged 10 and received nothing for my money.
