I bought a sectional leather couch with 2 reg=cling end seats. I paid 2,000. I also paid for the extended warranty. I had the set for 3months, and the 2 end seats are sagging and you can feel the wood underneath I called the Brick in Wpg on Regent and they sent out a fellow to look at it. A week later I call the Brick and the girl on the phone laughing says my warranty does not cover this. I question this and ask what does it cover if not saggy seats. She laughs and says I'll send you a copy of the warranty. So I call the manager who says he can't help me. So what do I do now???
