I placed an order for Sambucol on November 24th. On December 15th I emailed the company via their website because I had not received my order and the website said "Warehouse Processing Order." I received no reply. I emailed them again on January 23rd 2012 because my credit card was charged and I still had not received the order. I have left phone messages for them since their message always says they are receiving heavy call volume leave a message, no matter what time I call. It is now January 31st over 2 months later, and still no order and no contact from their customer service. Absolutely disgraceful.
