I ordered on November 20. Today is 01/09. I still did not get my order and the order status shows "warehouse processing". I sent them multiple requests for the update on my order. I received only one response letting me know I can cancel the order. I requested to cancel my order and return my money a few times but it is not happening. They do not respond to any emails. When I call their phone number, I just get busy signal.
