In November, ordered by telephone Grout Bully for $10.00 plus shipping. There was no instructions to confirm order. Not hearing anything I reordered in December. Received a double order and my credit card was charged $25.90. Following this I received another order and was charged another $25.90. Per instructions on January 23, the second order was returned, but my I was given a credit of $10.00. On February 6, a letter was sent asking for the additional $15.90 (I paid to ship it back) and to date have heard nothing.
In addition, my use of the product resulted in no riddance of the mold or meldew as advertised. This all happened between the time of the order in November and the cleaning efforts in December and January.
