I have in the past placed orders with MotherNature.com and actually received my products but on November 3, I placed an order totaling $52.71. On November 7th, I saw that the money was taken from my checking account. On November 30th, I realized I had not heard anything and went to the website to investigate. It seems my order was never processed. Funny, they took the money awfully quickly. Then I proceeded to send them a message through their website as it says to do so. They did not respond to that. I proceeded to send messages every day or two pertaining to this order with no response. I called the 800 number which is a vicious circle of directing you back to the website or to the phone order department.
Finally I called on December 3rd and chose the order department. The man that answered said he could not help me but to call back on Monday and when prompted for the extension number to enter 300. I will try that on Monday but have a feeling it too will direct me to the website. Very unhappy with this turn of events.
Lesson learned, DON'T order from Mothernature.com.
