I ordered an Iphone 4S Lifeproof case from them on NOvember 16. My order number is 18287. On the website, I did not notice my order being "fullfilled" as they put it until after I inquired on NOvember 28. I emailed them regarding my order not being received on November 28 and immediately heard back from Joseph at this company telling me that delivery time takes up to two weeks. At that time there is the postal tracking (Your site will not allow me to add the postal tracking number. It thinks it is a charge card number.) which was generated on NOvember 30. However it indicates at the USPS site that they received electronic info regarding this order but it has yet to be mailed or enter their tracking system. On December 10, I attempted to call them and only received a message.in checking today on their website, that phone number is not listed any longer. I proceeded to email them and receivd a generated response. I have not heard back from anyone at all with any info regarding my order. I have re-emailed them again today and so far no response.
