On October 13 I placed an online order totaling over $112.68 (which they withdrew this money from our account the following day on the 14th of October) with www.mothernature.com. After several months of not receiving my products I tried calling the company, they do no have a customer service number... You have to email through their website... Never received a response in any manner. At least monthly I've contacted them online, upset, desperate... But never a response. Back in january I tricked the order line (which clearly states not to call for refund request) and told them I would love to order something but need my refund first. Chaz who answered my call assured me I would get my refund within 2 work weeks... The company sent me a message on my account on their website stating it would be TWO billing cycles... Its now been almost a YEAR and NOTHING.
