For my birthday in January, I told my mom about the website dotsgloves.com where you could order gloves that could be used on your iphone. The website stated that the order would ship in 48 hours, guaranteed. My mother and I palced the order at the beginning of January. A few weeks went by and I still hadn't received my order. I emailed the company multiple times before finally gettting an email back saying my shipment was on backorder and I would receive my gloves in two weeks. Again, two weeks went by and I still had not received my order. I emailed the company again and never received a reply. I sent one last email stating that if I did not get my order I would turn over the case to someone with more authority who could actually help me. I finally received the order yesterday, May 26th over four months after my initial purchase. The order was completely wrong and I didn't even receive the gloves I had originally ordered. Although the gloves do actually work on touchscreen phones, the hassle of finally receiving them was absolutely ridiculous! This website is a scam and a complete rip off. I advise no one to order from this company.
