Back in December, I was getting on the Rachel Ray site. Everytime I tried to get on, this page came up showing Rachel Ray's picture with a questionnaire for a promotion. There were three products offered at a price of. 99 cent shipping and handling at a cost of $3.00 to $4.00. As it was not expensive, I place the order and towards the end, realize that this was not Rachel Ray site.
In January, I went online to check my bank account balance. I saw a charge in the amount of $86.99, and, since I know I did not place an order, I contacted the bank who discard my debit card for no further damage. At this time, the bank is conducting an investigation. On January 24th, I received a package in the mail from Juveneu. I did not open it and try to mail it back with a letter asking that they stop shipping any more product to me. This afternoon, I went to the post office to return it; unfortunately, the post office would not take the content since on the package label, says that it is a cream, and also, they do not have an address or country - only a P.O. Box 13511, Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 9AP - via Air Mail. The postage paid GB, EDINBURGH 10693.
