I ordered the item via internet. Phoned to cancel, spoke to woman who gave return address along with a reference to place on outside of package and requested postage by Registered Post. Post office have been unable to deliver at the address, as there is no one there.
At present have not had payment taken for goods but I am watching my account. I think cream was around £80-£85
Cost charged for postage to me £1.99
