On the 19th May I ordered a trial pack of Lift and Glow Pro for the cost of the postage (£2.99). I received the package. Two weeks later £84.71 taken from my bank account by the company. I phoned 'contact us' and cancelled everything to do with the trial order and particularly specified to cancel another trial product called 'Collagenta Serum' (ordered at the same time for postage cost only). A few days later a further £97.82 was taken from my bank account. This was was for the Collagenta Serum. As I am within the one month of my rights in returning the products and am sending them back to ISRAEL today. Watch this space for news of the refund!
There seem to be a misinterpretation of the word TRIAL by these people. It also appears that one is sucked into a contract of repeat monthly order of these products, which one never ordered in the first place.
It is nothing less than FRAUD!
