I sent for a free trial of Juveneu 1866881138 and paid 1.28 on 8.9.2011 for package and post. And I also ordered ACMhydroxatone and paid 1.28 for postage and packaging. - also free trial.
The first arrived by post but when the second parcel arrived I was asked to pay£ 23.25 because no postage or tax had been paid. I refused to accept it. Today I have received my transaction on my credit card and an item Juveneu 56.91 I did not order this or give permission for this amount to be taken from my credit card. Can you please help.
