Ordered my trial sample on 5th September for which I paid $1.99 (£1.27) to cover postage. The package arrived yesterday, 30th September, but the post office would not deliver the package as there was a £25.30 customs charge to pay; I refused to accept the package. Having read the numerous complaints concerning Juveneu, I am now worried they will continue to withdraw from my account. I hope enough complaints are made and that the authorities will do the necessary.
