Get my address change correct. I had moved from an address where I lived with an old relative, an elderly person. I had used that address when I purchased my cell phone thru 'Assurance.' Now that I had been at my new address, my relative wants a cell phone through 'Assurance' but was rejected for the fact I had purchased the phone there too. I had reported the change of address to the company, now they did not do any proper changes on my account. So I need this to be properly taken care of as soon as possible. My relative needs this cell phone program. Why is this program set-up for a problem like this, its a government program set up for anyone to purchase a phone. But my relative was rejected based on the fact of my account was not changed!
