I was told that my TV cable would be reconnected after a wind/winter storm caused it to fail. It was determined that the TV is functioning fine and that the cable needs to be reconnected.
I was at home when the repair man arrived, but he said I was not paying for the TV, nor have I ever been.
However, I have been paying for it for over three years now.
I explained that I would call the customer service number again, while he was still at the repair site. I put the call on speaker phone.
It was made apparent that he was to reconnect the TV cable. After I hung up, he said that he had called his supervisor and was told not to repair it.
I am still without my service. I have had trouble with this company in the past... Please see reference # 09-T00441055 from, 9/21.
Please know that I had installed internet with basic TV, when I first moved into my home prior to this date.
