HORRIBLE Customer Service - CABLE, PHONE, INTERNET

Where do I begin... 1) my mother notified Time Warner Cable of my father's passing over a year ago. Now that she is moving to a different home (and there are MANY complications with that) it appears they never processed this information so she went into a Time Warner Cable retail store and submitted the request to change the service into her name along with my father's death certificate. 2) my mother moved to a new home and weeks before requested a transfer of her existing phone # along with a transfer of her cable/internet service. Keeping the same # she has had for over 30 years is obviously VERY important. She was given a service date for her new home and told to return her equipment prior to her move. She did all of this. LONG story short - she has no phone service at her new home, she has no cable or internet service at her home and there is seemingly NO WAY to get this corrected. Every person we speak with has a different "solution" and so far nothing has been done. The customer service people at this company are inefficient and frustrating. I have been hung up on when I ask to speak with a customer service rep... Need I go on? We just want this resolved. Going to a different company is indeed an option but she wants to keep her existing phone # so we are between a rock and a hard spot! Help!!!
