I sent for what was meant to be 2 free samples only paying for postage from my account on reading further down page after i had submitted my bank details it said i had agreed for the sum of £74.95 to be taken from my account every month i sent email to the address which was on the page i have since discovered that they have no email address i contacted bank but was told they had already taken money i didnt even get the 2 freebies i had requested my bank the halifax bank of scotland say they cant stop further payments been taken even though i stopped my card i said i would rather close my account but was told the bank would still make payments as it was a debit card agreement and not direct debit so be aware there is a difference and i would incur charges i phoned number on dispatch note only to be told by an american speaking guy that i was to press one if i wanted to be put intouch with english speaking operators i was then put on hold and not answered so how can you cancel on the phone or email when they are no way of doing so i would be grateful for any advice from other readers
