I paid £5 and £2 postage for free samples, ordered on the internet. There were no terms and conditions and I was quite nervous about it as I did not receive any confirmation. The samples were delivered about a week later and everything seemed fine until I received my latest credit card statement and found that there were four payments on it totalling nearly £300. I contacted my credit card company immediately and was told that there were another three payments about to go on my card. They have now stopped the latest payments but it is too late for the four original payments. I contacted Revitalize Health & Beauty on 08081683684, which was the telephone number quoted on my delivery note. When I got through there was a recorded message saying that if I needed to speak to an advisor who spoke English to press 1. After about 20 minutes someone answered my call. It was obvious he wasn't English and it was very difficult to understand him. After a lot of arguing he offered me some more free samples. I told him I did not want any samples. I said I was happy to pay the delivery charge for the samples, as I had agreed, but wanted a refund for all of the other amounts. He then offered to give me back half of my money. I said no, I wanted all of my money as I haven't even received any more products. He then tried to tell me that the samples that I had received were the full size products but I still insisted that I wanted my money back. He then said that he would refund all of the money back onto my card and would email me to confirm this. I still have not received the confirmation, which he was supposed to be sending straight away and I am not very hopeful about the refund.
