I agreed to pay postage for free samples and the correct postage was charged to my credit card in December. I had unknowingly set up a direct debit and three payments were taken from my account in January totalling £215.00. My credit card company has stopped my card in order to stop future payments to this company and are sending me a form to complete in order for them to get my payments refunded
