A total amount of £154.94 has been taken from my credit card account without my permission or any authority FROM US whatsoever by Revitalize Health and Beauty unlawfully.
I SENT OFF FOR FREE SAMPLE TRIAL CREAMS - code 6200 PerfectRadiance and RevitaDerm. The total cost to us was the postage which amounted to £5.92 which we paid by a credit card.
However, have just received my bank statement and to our horror two amounts have been taken from our account without authority by Revitalize Health and Beauty.
One amount being £74-95 on the 26th Jan the other amount
of £79.99 on the 28th Jan. Making total of £154-94 unauthorised.
We have sent a letter via email to Revitalize advising them of the aforesaid and requesting a refund. No response as yet.
We have taken advice and have been told to cancel our current bank credit card to which have done and a new replacement is on its way.
If we do not receive a response from Revitalize we will take alternative action and will display the result on this page as a follow up. Please be aware of this company as we have found out and it would appear that it has happend to others.
