On Jan 14th a man by the name of Michael Fox called me and said that I had ordered a pacakage. And, I assured him that I had did no such thing. He had all of my bank information and I kept telling him that I had ordered no such package and I hung up Then on the 16th of Jan I had a print out from my bank saying that $299.00 was deducted from my account to this company and they said that it was nothing they could do since i had authorized this and they advised me to contact the company myself.
Which I did and spoke to a Peter Johnson and I explained to him what had happen and he said that he would check into the matter concerning his saleperson. Then he called me back and told me that once I received this package to just send it back and I would get a full refund. Of course this never happen because I never received this so called pacakage. So I contacted Peter Johnson again and explained to him that the package never came he said not to worry that it takes awhile to come 4to 6 weeks to be exact.
Then on March 2 A man by the name of John Calvin called and said that he was the Senior President of Cybertel Security and he had heard what had happend and apolize for any inconvience this may have caused me and said that once this package came to sign a blue receipt and send it back and my money should be refunded back into my account on April 2. I never received any package or did i get a refund i called Mr. Peter Johnson back again and of course by this time now he's rude and saying that their is nothing he can do and that they don't have anyone in there company by the name of John Calvin and I said that he called and I gave him the same information that Mr. Calvin gave and he said that he would file a claim and find out what's going on.
Well i feel as though he's just jerking me around so I decided to file this report to you. I want justice and my money back and this company should be put out of business. They took my bill money.
