ILD Local Biz USA called our office and asked if they could send us information. We advised them that they could. They said this was a 14 day trial and if we wanted to keep, we could fill out the paperwork and return it. We never received any paperwork, but started receiving a charge of 38.10 per month on our phone bill. When I called to resolve the situation I was on the phone 33 minutes the first time, hung up on the second time and resolved everything on the 3rd call! How ridiculous!!!
