On 10/05 I ordered a one week trial of their product. They charged my checking account for $1.03 for the free sample then they also charged for shipping $3.87 that was not mentioned in the terms or conditions. On 10/07 I received the package that was suppose to have my week trial in there but they also sent an extra package of their product with no explanation. Then on 10/11 before my trial was up they charged my checking account $78.41. I never opened any of the packages. So I requested an official RMA so I may return packages and get my refund of $78.41. The only response I got was that I ordered an 8 day Trial of Ivory White whitening system. And that all orders are shipped automatically. Within my initial shipment I received 2 pkgs. 1 marked Free Trial and one marked Complete Program. The complete program is a 30 day supply of their product and they charged me $78.41. When the trial period expired on 10/09.
So if its a 8 day trial why was my checking account charged 4 days after I received my trial offer.
