I was sent a trial and complete program in one order. I was charged $1.43 on 12/12 & $3.44 12/13 for a total of $4.87 for the trial. Eleven days later I was charged $78.41 for the complete program for which I never used. I was told that they would not take it back even though I had not used it and was dissatisfied with the product. Ivory White not only bamboozled me but, they also ripped me off.
