I signed up for the free trial on Ivory White's website. I understood that I had ten days to cancel the free trial and return the product in order to avoid any future charges. I was out of town running errands the day it arrived at my house. My mother was babysitting for me at my house. Knowing I was not going to be able to try the "free trial" I asked my mom to send it back for me. She did and yet several weeks later I notice a $78 charge on my account. I emailed customer service, but the response I got stated I had to call. I then called and was told that the package was received two days after their cut off day and that I why I was charged. I KNOW that the package was returned in time. Basically I paid for a free trial that I never used, returned, and the company acknowledged they had possession of. Buyers beware of this company! They are scammers!
