Dear Sir, The Dawn to Dusk light in my property is not working properly. I called LIPA many times. The operator said LIPA sent service three times but they never came to my store. The light is not working properly or it is not working as it should be and they do not want to give me credit. I do not know what to do to get my lights working. I am really sick and tired of LIPA treating me badly.
