This company certainly lost a potential good customer. You would think after trying a product for 15 days and did not call to cancel you would be charged the $28 member's club - not $127 for the kit and then $28 thereafter. I understand if you cancelled and did not return the product within a certain period time that they would charge full price. I was very happy with the product but not after deceiving me with so many wording. I do not recommend this company.
