Was told I had a 14 day trial period to see if I liked the product. If I called them within that time frame to cancel they would not charge me for the product. I was charged full price within days of receiving the product. I called them today and they said the trial period is from the date of purchase. I received the product over a week after purchase so didn't get a chance to test product and they will not refund me. They stated I could not return the product. Rip off!
