Several months ago I was online inquiring about courses offered @ UMUC. Weeks went by then I start getting calls about the $50 application fee. I explained then I was not trying to apply before I had information as to what was offered. This conversation had taken place several times every few weeks. Finally a lady told me to send my transcripts & she would be able to help me.By this time I was so fustrated I enrolled at another University. The other day the lady calls me back; again I repeat myself she said that she will ask her supervisor to call me about waving the fee. He EMAILS me; couldn't even pick up the phone. His email basicly said I was a liar and the fee sticks. I asked for his supervisor & get another email from this Kayon who basiclly said the same thing. I told him like I will tell everyone that asks. This is a scam! No ONE there has asked what am I interested in taking, let me know what is offered etc. They only want the application fee. Its not a lot of money I could pay it, but for what? I don't give money away especially for nothing & follwowed by being insulted.
