I requested the trial offer on 2/7 did not receive product until 2/16. Went to get into my checking account today 2/22 and was charged 127.00 for a product i had cancelled on 2/18 online and then cancelled again by phone on 2/22. I was told by one rep i had 15 day trial period, and then 10 days by another rep. I have contacted the BBB regarding the misinformation of this company and that i was refused a refund on this product. Regarding product itself, there are no instructions on how to use the product, just 4 little "pods" and a broken make up brush. I used it one time, not worth paying 127.00 a month for. Sticking with my tried and true Covergirl.
