Well my 11 yr old daughter saw a chance to get a free i-pod. She dug out my credit card and started doing all the things to get the free ipod. She get it a lot of trouble when I saw the email getting this product. I immediatly tried to call them. No phone number. I emailed them and told them my 11 yr old ordered this junk. They did cancel everything via email. I guess they don't want people to talk to them when they receive this makeup. For some reason they still send this stuff. Even though I cancelled it on a Saturday. So they shoudn't have sent it. I got the package of the make up anyway. I opened it up to see what 128.00 make up looks like. Needless to say I was shocked to see how small this stuff is. I couldn't believe it. I use Lancome' and all 4 vials would equal what 1 vial of Lancome' would be. I opened up one of the viels of Mineral Simplicity to see what the product was like. Terrible. Basically you have to tap the product out into the lid. Then the design of the product dispenser does not allow you to put the unused product back in. So you have to discard any product left in the lid. The make up quality is poor it sits on your face and actually makes you look older. The customer service was great. I still cancelled my card just to make sure they didn't charge it. The quality of the make-up is poor and the sizes are way overpriced. You go to the mall to the high end make up and you can get a nice size product for a third of the price.
