With prior service before moving to pottstown. Was what it was supposed to be;
courtesy, patience and appreciative of my business. After moving to pottstown, being a new yorker uprooted to PA. Although i don't like my current location, comcast typecast me as a one of these locals. Even giving my address on where i lived with in the town, resulted in crass, rude and substandard service. No promotions, threatened that if i down graded in anyway i would owe the a termination fee. 2 days late for payment and not only was my service shut off but was told it was disconnected from outside and i would have to pay for a reconnection fee. It is just so ridiculous here. I've always been a diligent customer and now i am treated as if i was living in a crack house. An insider told me it was not disconnected outside! Also, gave me the low down of how everyone is treated here rather then the other towns i am surrounded by. The building has a contract here with comcast and there are no other options. Feel the most mistreated i've ever felt, and by a company that doesn't value in any way my good business that i've maintained since 2005.
