DirecTV sales people do not tell new customers exactly what equipment and the attendant costs. After installation of equipment, with only 2 of 6 sets operational, we were told we would need to buy 4 more boxes at $70/box to receive service in the entire house. This added cost raised the price over and above the service we wanted to replace. We were never given the details of service or cancellation until AFTER the first 2 boxes were installed. The sales deparatment never told us of cancellation charges. Their sales practices are deceptive and fair from fair and honest.
