I recieved a pre-approved letter from union workers credit services 1327 Empire Central suite 130 Dallas Tx 75247, for a platinum card membership for a guaranteed $ 10,000.00 credit limit I sent in the $37 on January 4 that had to be sent in before the offer deadline which was January 18. Once I sent my $37 in along with the platinum card activation form I never heared from the company ever again.
