They keep your 37.00 anual fee, but neglect to send your guaranteed 10,000 platnum card membership lied and stoled

If you receive a offer from union workers credit services for a pre-approved platinum card membership, guaranteed $10,000 credit limit don't go there, it is a scam. You will be asked to enclose a $37.00 annual membership fee with your platinum card activation form, they claim your $37.00 annual fee will be refunded with your first purchase. Truth is your $37.00 will never be refunded, because you will never receive your platinum card, however union workers credit service will keep your $37.00. They have contact information, but i only get a recording, or i'm away from my desk response.
