I ordered the soccer jersey on November 28 and the payment cleared my account on November 29. The jersey did come, however I did not know that I would have to sign for it since it was sent from another country. The post office did leave the slip and I could not make it to the post office in time and after 5 days, they sent it back. My account has never been credited. I have sent 2 emails, the first one I got a response asking for the last 4 digits of the card number and another was sent saying they would respond in 24 hours and haven't heard a word. I have sent 3 emails since then to no avail. Please help!
