On November 18, I received a letter from this company stating that i had recently purchased a health product and it had the last 4 digits of my card number on it, how this company got my card number I dont know, it also said I had until November 20 to cancel or my credit card would be charged 24.95 per month for their discount card. I called on November 19 to cancel this membership, I spoke with customer service person named Mary, she said it would be cancelled. Monday November 21 another customer service person called and left a message on my phone that it had been cancelled. Today November 30th I receive a notice from my bank stating that I was also charged an overage fee of 34.00 because I dont have any money in my account.
