We bought Dr. Dre Beats headphones for our daughter for Christmas. The order was placed December 17. It was suppose to take 6-8 days for it to arrive. December 29 was SUPPOSE to be the delivered date. No headphones arrive on the 29th. Here comes January 1 and still no headphones. Now it has been 12 days and still NO headphones. There is no number to contact them or any email address. They have a tracking device to track down your package but they don't give you any tracking number. They take your money and give nothing in return. Such a rip off. Do not buy from them!!
