I saw a pair of headphones reviewed in a magazine I read every month so i decided I would order them. I had a 5K coming up that would be torture without new headphones that stay on my ears and are sweatproof. I ordered these headphones on May 3rd and not only did they try to deliver them with no success, I have had a VERY VERY tough time getting a hold of someone that could help me or even let me get my money back at this point. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile and am of course saddened as I truly wanted to purchase the headphones. I hope they improve how they run their business if they intend to keep selling products on a mass scale.
