I received a pair of Cardo S-2 wireless headphones. The Cardo company said there is a 2 year warranty.ccmaccessories said because it was within 30 days, send it back to them. I went to return them and they said i had to have a RMA #. So i got it from them. Rma# 009183. I am still waiting for the replacement headphones. After about 1 month they gave me the old "let me check for them". They then came back after that asn said they couldnt find them and do i have a tracking number. NO i dont have a tracking number 1 month later and i didnt track a $30 pair of headphones that were broken.
I thought you should know how they do business. It isnt the cost it is the principle of them doing business like this and them blaiming it on the post office
