My beats tour headphones stopped working a month after I purchased them from an apple store. I called beatsbydre and started a claim for replacement headphones. They instructed me to send a copy of my receipt along with headphones to main head quarters which they did not pay for they stated they only pay when they ship it back to me. I sent the headphones certified mail which I still have my receipts for and the company received my head phones on January 14. Today is March 23 and I have spoken to many staff members via email including a supervisor named Christopher B. He has contacted me over 10 times via email stating first they were out of stock, they are not making any more tours, now they are getting a shipment from Canada, every excuse in the world but a tracking # or a date of when they can send my headphones. I feel like they have stolen from me it's been 3 months and no one wants to tell me if I'm ever going to get my headphones back. I spent a lot of money on the headphones and they have had my product longer than I got to enjoy them. I don't know what else to do please help.
