We went to their 90 minute seminar, with the promise of a free cruise. Paid the non-refundable deposits of $248. Then received a letter stating we would need to submit another $48 per person, to book the cruise. After trying to book their "free cruise", found out it didn't exist! I had to upgrade, which ended up costing more than if I had gone straight to Carnival where I would have gotten a better room for less. The woman, Adele, was extremely rude and stated "we never said it was a FREE cruise". She stated she didn't have the breakdown, but that port charges on a 7-night cruise were approx. $399.00. (Since when does a Travel Agent not have the breakdown!) I know, for a fact, that the 7-night Mexico cruise port charges are $112.20.
In a nutshell - Ultimate Executive Travel is trying to charge me $1028.00 for a cruise - that I can get directly from Carnival for $930.40.
