Ordered the Genie Bra. Not happy with it - doesn't offer any support. It took six weeks for the product to reach me. I replied to the e-mail from Customer Support (Ana) (which stated that my order was successful and that I had a month to request for a refund), on 3rd January, and asked for a refund and an address so that I could return the bras. No comment from Ana as yet. I have sent another request today (3rd January). What can I do next?
