Lost My Orde

I placed a mail order with Genie Bra on July 25. I sent a check for amount $113.84 along with an downloaded order form and a cover letter to PO Box 3125, Wallingford, Ct to purhcase the bras. My check was cashed on Aug 4 by Tristar Products Inc—parent company of Genie Bra —according to Bank of America fraud investigation unit. I called Genie Bra several times over the last 2 wks, and the only answer I got was "I could not locate your order in the system." My request to speak to their supervisor was also denied. They seemed not intimidated when I told them that I was going to report them to Better Business Bureau if they did not return my call. When I searched BBB, I found 400 cases of complaints against Genie Bra so far! I am now stucked with no refund and no product. I think this is fraudulent and illegal business practice.
