I was stupid enough to believe their website that the Ugg Boots I ordered were genuine. I ordered them on Dec. 6 and did not receive them until the 23rd. When I opened the package I could immediately tell the boots were fake. The so-called sheepskin lining was thin and very cheap looking. The soles were made of a hard plastic and made a funny sound when my daughter walked across the floor. She said they felt funny and cheap. The Ugg tags on the heels were sewn on crooked! I contacted the company and they told me the maximum I could get refunded is $60. This is not good enough. I told them I will be contacting my credit card company and claim fraud. I do everything I can so no one else falls prey.
