I ordered What I thought were genuine Ugg boots and when I recieved them they were sent in a plastic bag, which got me worried. They were suppose to arrive in the regular Ugg box which they have posted on their website. They also claim on their website that these are genuine Ugg boots with sheeps wool inside and when i opened the plastic bag it was the total opposite. The boots smelled of paint and chemicals, the fur inside the boot was clearly synthetic fabric, the bottom of the boot did not have the design that real Uggs have and instead of there being a stitched logo on the heel of the boot there was a plastic logo glued in its place. I emailed the website and the third party that took my credit card info to express my disatisfaction in the product and to ask for a full refund. I doubt that I will be getting any money back from best discountboots because it is very clear that the website is clearly a scam!!!
