My husband and I go to the Cheesecake factory about twice a month. We really enjoy the food, especially the the personal pizza's and salad, enough for a couple of meals each. Today I had fish taco's that were outstanding. I received a gift card survey code 00161-08030. However, there is no place to put in the survey number or figure out how to get this $10 gift card. Very difficult to navigate this website.
