On 6/30/10 we had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and were told we could receive a $10 gift card if we filled out an on-line survey within 3 days. I see I am not alone in locating where to fill out the survey, so when the Cheesecake Factory reads this-service was good, food was good and we will return.
