My wife and I recently ate at the Cheesecake Factory in West Hartford Connecticut. We received our bill with the opportunity to get a $10 gift card if we completed the survey. When I got to the site listed on the Cheesecake Factory bill, there was no survey to be found. Our survey code was 6107-80011-22060. I've seen similar complaints. What goes here?
